When we partnered with Nutriphyt, the alignment was immediate.
Nutriphyt was founded in 2002 on a clear conviction: nature, when understood and respected, restores balance. Their products are developed to support the body (not override it) combining scientific grounding with clean, purposeful ingredients free from unnecessary additives.
From vitamins and probiotics to targeted formulations for stress resilience, immunity, digestion and hormonal balance, every product reflects a preventive philosophy. Health is not a quick fix. It is something you build, protect and maintain. That long-term thinking mirrors how we approach technology: not as a patchwork of tools, but as an ecosystem that must be structured to last.
Bringing structure to a complex ecosystem
Behind Nutriphyt’s calm and considered brand sits a technically layered landscape. Their commerce platform connects Business Central (ERP), and Magento in a structured product flow: articles are enriched and structured in Business Central, and are synchronised to Magento across multiple storeviews in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
Our role was not to rebuild, but to clarify, stabilise and strengthen.
We reviewed the entire integration process end-to-end and improved the Magento architecture responsible for supporting it. Product data flows, category trees, bundled logic, pricing structures and associations were reviewed and refined. We investigated stock and advanced pricing synchronisation, reduced dependency on manual interventions, and improved transparency around push/pull mechanisms between systems.
On the transactional side, we stabilised customer and order synchronisation, refined cron jobs and plugins responsible for order pushes and credit memo flows, and resolved export inconsistencies impacting logistics processes. The goal was simple: fewer surprises, more control.
Ownership, security and operational resilience
Baldwin assumed full ownership of the Magento application across all regions. That includes deployments, hosting coordination, patch management and structural security improvements. We strengthened authentication policies, reinforced logging and ensured the platform aligns with modern security standards.
At the same time, we aligned branding and UX across every digital touchpoint: storefront, checkout, transactional emails and PDFs. To ensure consistency and professionalism at scale.
In the back office, we reviewed and stabilised custom admin modules, including the ingredients management functionality, ensuring long-term compatibility and maintainability within the Magento framework.
Enabling a professional health network
Nutriphyt serves both consumers and healthcare providers, who get dedicated account features, client ordering flows and sales reporting in the webshop.
Both B2B & B2C orders and customer data must stay correctly linked across Business Central and Magento.
Therefore we focussed on fixing order, customer and product syncs. This keeps the data accurate across systems, while patients and healthcare providers experience a straightforward, reliable shop.
