Online Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced (min. 3 years) Online Marketing Specialist to strengthen our motivated online marketing team in Ghent. Are SEA and SEO in your DNA? Do you like good content and do you have an eye for conversion optimization? Are you a team player and passionate about e-commerce? Then we are looking for you!

Skills and competences

  • You have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads – knowledge of GTM and Google Search Console is a plus
  • You can lead and manage SEO and SEA strategies
  • You have experience with budget and cost analysis
  • You are able to generate and report on specific KPIs
  • You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • You are able to analyse reports and make smart recommendations to increase web traffic, quality leads and conversion ratios
  • You have experience with target audiences and can develop digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate (including dynamic remarketing campaigns based on product feeds)
  • You can do keyword, industry and competition research using online marketing tools such as Moz, SEMrush etc.
  • You have a hands-on mentality when it comes to estimating and sales support

Your profile

  • You have good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • You have at least three years of experience as an online marketer
  • You are enthusiastic, curious and motivated
  • You enjoy working with different clients and teams
  • You pay attention to details and you are creative
  • You are a multi-tasker , you know how to manage multiple projects and what has priority

Job description

  • You plan and execute SEO and SEA, email marketing and social media campaigns
  • You identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on those insights
  • You measure digital marketing campaigns and goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • You generate reports on digital marketing campaigns and webshop traffic, and you brief your customers about the results
  • You work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • You write internal and external communication, including newsletters, blog posts and case studies
  • You work together with customers and other partners
  • Sales: you make marketing estimates and quotations for customers
