Skills and competences

  • You have expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
  • Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn is required
  • Any experience with emailmarketing is a bonus
  • You can lead and manage SEO and SEA strategies
  • You have experience with budget and cost analysis
  • You are able to generate and report on specific KPIs
  • You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • You are able to analyse reports and make smart recommendations to increase web traffic, quality leads and conversion ratios
  • You have experience with target audiences and can develop digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate (including dynamic remarketing campaigns based on product feeds)
  • You can do keyword, industry and competition research using online marketing tools such as Moz, SEMrush etc.
  • You have a hands-on mentality when it comes to estimating and sales support

  • You have good knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have at least five years of experience as an online marketer
  • You are enthusiastic, curious and motivated
  • You enjoy working with different clients and teams
  • You pay attention to details and you are creative
  • You are a multitasker , you know how to manage multiple projects and what has priority

Job description

  • You work together with your clients to improve their online marketing
  • You start SEA campaigns and optimise them based on your analysis
  • You create content for social media and set up social advertising strategies
  • You optimise your clients’ SEO efforts and build new SEO strategies
  • You work together with internal teams to boost SEO and user experience
  • You identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on those insights
  • You measure digital marketing campaigns and goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • You generate reports on digital marketing campaigns and webshop traffic, and you brief your customers about the results
  • You write internal and external communication: newsletters, blog posts and case studies
  • You create emailmarketing campaigns and automated journeys
  • You have your own clients that you will follow up on from start to end
  • You support sales with marketing proposals
